The Food We Provide is Delicious, Fresh and Nutritious

Our mountain chefs will pleasantly surprise you with their varied entrees. Additionally, we won’t serve you meatless meals (unless that is your dietary requirement) for 50% of the climb like other companies do. Furthermore, we know that many people psychologically need to eat meat to feel satiated. Protein is actually a necessary macronutrient for proper acclimatization. Because of this, our menu has an average of 200 grams of meat per day. You will not go hungry on our climbs, we bring plenty of extra food.

Additionally, our menu can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and even Kosher menus, Our meals are varied and inviting. At mealtimes a selection of hot drinks, such as tea, coffee, and cocoa are available. A fresh food resupply is provided for all groups on climbs.  This resupply reaches the group part way through the trip and includes fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, cheese, and meat. High altitude often causes clients to lose their appetite, which is a symptom of altitude sickness. However, it is important to continue to eat to ensure you have the energy for trekking.
